Questions
Company Incorporation — questions
Something else on your mind? Ask us directly — our team responds fast.
How many people do I need to start a Private Limited Company?
At least two directors and two shareholders (the same people can be both), with at least one director resident in India. An OPC needs just one member, who must be an Indian citizen and resident.
Do I need a minimum capital?
No. There is no minimum paid-up capital requirement for a Private Limited Company or LLP. Many companies start with ₹1 lakh or less, and you can increase it later.
What compliance follows after incorporation?
Annual ROC filings (AOC-4 and MGT-7/7A), board meetings, statutory audit, income tax return, director KYC, and GST/TDS where applicable. We can take this on through our MCA Compliance service.
